Debian package name

Hello,

This page https://subversion.apache.org/packages.html#debian suggests
installing the "libapache2-svn" package for Debian.
If I'm not mistaken, the package has been renamed to libapache2-mod-svn in
recent Debian versions:
https://packages.debian.org/stretch/libapache2-mod-svn

I suggest updating that page.
